Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations made before 1 month of the travel date: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 1 month of the travel date: No refund will be provided.

Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation approval.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Any transaction fees, bank charges, or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain bookings may be non-refundable, including:

  • Special promotional offers or discounted packages.
  • Last-minute bookings made within 7 days of travel.
  • Any services explicitly mentioned as “Non-Refundable” at the time of booking.

Changes & Modifications

Customers may request modifications (such as date changes) based on availability and applicable charges.

Modification requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the travel date.

If a modification is not possible, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

Force Majeure Policy

Tours Club India is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.).
  • Government restrictions or travel bans.
  • Health emergencies (pandemics, epidemics, etc.).

In such cases, refunds will be considered based on the situation and applicable policies.
